The King and Queen of Spain are currently on a three-day state visit to the Netherlands. They arrived in the capital, Amsterdam, yesterday afternoon, and this morning they were officially welcomed by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima with a ceremony at Dam Square.

During the ceremony, the national anthems of both countries were played, and King Felipe and King William reviewed the troops of the Guard of Honour.
Following the formalities, King Felipe and Queen Letizia went on foot to the National Monument for a wreath-laying ceremony.
