The Spanish Queen had a busy day of engagements in Madrid to round out her last day of royal duties before the start of summer vacation.
Queen Letizia first made a solo visit to the Biblioteca Nacional de España (National Library of Spain) for the opening of a general hall named "María Moliner" after the Spanish librarian and lexicographer, and a press room called “Larra”.
She then joined King Felipe at Zarzuela Palace to receive in audience the Spanish National Men's and Women's Water Polo teams who won silver medals at the recent Gwangju World Aquatics Championships.
