The Queen of Spain, as honorary president of the Foundation for Help against Drug Addiction (FAD), chaired a working meeting at the headquarters in Madrid.
The FAD is a private, non-profit, non-denominational, apolitical institution, created in 1986. Its mission is to encourage the personal and social development of adolescents and young people through education in positive attitudes and prevention of social risk behaviours, including drug use.
During the meeting, the strategic plan for 2021-2023 was discussed along with how the COVID-19 crisis has affected different FAD projects, in addition to strengthening the image globally of FAD as an entity that works for the youth.
