The King and Queen of Spain began the third day of their State Visit to Germany with solo engagements. Queen Letizia was joined by the First Lady, Elke Büdenbender for a visit to the PalaisPopulaire in Berlin to check out a Spanish art exhibition.
The PalaisPopulaire, in collaboration with the Helga de Alvear Museum and the Embassy of Spain, is currently hosting the exhibition "Writing all their names" which brings together works by women artists from the Helga de Alvear Museum Collection to give visibility to the Spanish female avant-garde from 1960 to today.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia reunited for a tour of City Hall in the German capital.
Their final stop in Berlin was the iconic Brandenburg Gate.
This afternoon, Their Majesties will travel to Frankfurt to inaugurate the Frankfurt Book Fair, in which Spain is a guest country.
